Scope of service
BANUK presents and sells branded clothing and accessories. Using this site and placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms subject to applicable Iranian laws. Product details and delivery conditions are shown at checkout.
Accounts and sign-in
Account access may be verified by a one-time mobile or email code or, for existing accounts, a password. Keep control of your device, inbox and phone number. Report any unauthorized access through the store support channels.
Products and prices
We aim to present products accurately, although screens can display colors differently. Prices confirmed at final checkout govern the order. Promotional discounts are subject to their stated conditions.
Orders and availability
Adding an item to your basket does not reserve it. An order is processed subject to verification of stock, eligible payment and order confirmation. Errors or unavailable products will be addressed in accordance with applicable law and payment terms.
Shipping
Available delivery destinations, charges and estimated timings are displayed before order confirmation. Actual delivery can vary with carrier and destination. Provide accurate recipient details.
Returns and defects
Cancellation and return requests are assessed against the order state, product category and mandatory consumer rights. These terms do not limit non-waivable statutory remedies for defective or materially nonconforming goods.
Acceptable use

The BANUK name, brand assets, product photography and original content remain protected by their respective intellectual-property owners. Unauthorized commercial reuse is not permitted.
